- RMO’s :
They poses half knowledge,prescribe/dispense wrong medicine or injection even after taking proper instructions,do not take advice of seniors and try to take charge of the situation i.e. display over-confidence,crosspathy,etc.
- Nurses :
Improper documentation/communication,dispense wrong medicine or injection even after taking proper instructions,do not take timely and proper care,busy talking on phone,show irritation or talk rudely when information is sought,etc.
- Ayabai/Ward-boys/OT attendants,etc:
Do not replace old/used material with new/fresh ones on time,rude behaviour,denying entry to visitors/relatives,mishandling equipment,machinery,etc.
